POCO F2 Pro Overview

The most anticipated smartphone and successor of the flagship killer Poco F1 is now launched globally in an online event as the Poco F2 Pro. This smartphone was expected a year back but Poco had launched the Poco X2 which had a good sales in the market and also specs-wise it was a good bet and the pricing was also aggressive.
Poco X2 was the Redmi K30 as launched in China and in India it was just renamed as Poco X2.
Similarly the recently launched Poco F2 Pro is the Global version of the Redmi K30 Pro which was launched only in China. The Poco F2 Pro comes with extraordinary specs like its predecessor and good cameras. Xiaomi claimed it would give 120Hz display to all its upcoming smartphones but it failed it one of its flagship which is the Poco F2 Pro which is a negative and dissapointment. Now lets look at the detailed specs of the device.

Specifications:

The smartphone is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 which is the most powerful till date, which also tells us this phone supports 5G and also is expected to support the NAVIC for the maps. The AnTuTu scores Xiaomi claimed is 589,983. There are two RAM variants of 6GB and 8GB also the RAM type is the latest LPDDR5 for the 8GB variant and the storage available is 128GB and 256GB. The screen size 6.67" and its a Full HD  Super Amoled display but as already said its only a 60Hz display. The battery capacity is 4700mAh and a 30W fast charger is provided in the box which gets the device from 0-100 in 63 minutes. During the launch event the manufacturer insisted on the improvised liquid cooling technolgy implemented which they call as LiquidCool 2.0 which is obviously the marketing name, but we may expect better cooling than before. As far as the cameras are concerned its packed with quad camera set up the primary being the Sony IMX-686 sensor with 64MP. The selfie camera here is 20MP and is a pop-up type. From the box the device is in android 10 and MIUI version 11. Additionally POCO has not compromised on the headphone jack here. The colour variants available are Neon Blue, Phantom White, Electric Purple, Cyber Gray.

The pricing here is very steep when directly converted from the European version which is €499 for the base variant which is surely not worth for it as it does not even have a 120Hz refresh rate panel. When directly converted to Indian rupees it comes around Rs.40999. As far as the Indian units are considered they should be priced between 25000-30000 for better sales. Please tell your opinion in the comment section.
So as to conclude only if the smartphone is priced aggressively in the Indian markets people tend to buy the OnePlus 8 or even go with the Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite or Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite.
What will you choose if the device is price is not changed with the European units, will you buy it please comment. Thats all for this small overview for the launch of the POCO F2 Pro.
